Heart & Bloom: Botanical Blend for Heart & Circulatory Wellness
Heart & Bloom Herbal Tea
is a vibrant botanical infusion thoughtfully crafted for women who appreciate purposeful, beautifully balanced herbal blends. Hawthorn berry provides the earthy botanical foundation, complemented by tart rose hips and Acerola cherry, fragrant rose petals, and warming cinnamon. Dandelion root, oat straw, and licorice root round out this distinctive blend with earthy, floral, and naturally sweet notes.
Hawthorn has a long history of traditional use in herbal preparations, while rose hips and acerola cherry bring naturally occurring vitamin C and bright, fruity character to the cup. Cinnamon and dandelion root contribute their own traditional botanical qualities, while oat straw and rose petals create a softer, more balanced infusion. Together, these botanicals create a thoughtfully layered tea with a beautiful combination of earthy, tart, floral, and warming notes.
Heart & Bloom Herbal Tea is designed to make your daily tea ritual both beautiful and intentional. Enjoy a cup in the morning or afternoon, or incorporate it into your favorite self-care routine. Brew hot or enjoy chilled over ice.

Acerola Cherry: Naturally rich in vitamin C and colorful plant compounds, acerola cherry adds a bright, tart fruit character to this blend.
Cinnamon: Naturally aromatic and rich in polyphenolic plant compounds, cinnamon has a long history of traditional use and contributes warmth and depth to the infusion.
Hawthorn Berry: Traditionally associated with heart and circulatory herbal preparations, hawthorn berry provides the earthy botanical foundation of Heart & Bloom.
Rose Hips: Naturally rich in vitamin C and carotenoids, rose hips contribute a bright, fruity character and complement the tartness of acerola cherry.
Oat Straw: Traditionally valued as a nourishing botanical, oat straw adds a mild, grassy character and rounds out the stronger flavors in this blend.
How to Brew:
This blend is crafter to be enjoyed either hot or cold. It is recommended that you follow these instructions to brew it, first, hot and then add ice or chill. By first brewing it hot, you are extracting as many of the essential oils, nutrients, and flavors as possible from the botanicals. If you brew it cold (i.e. as "Sun Tea") then you will not extract the full potency of the blend.
Measurement: 1 tbs of loose leaf tea per 8 oz. of boiling water (160 degrees F. recommended for best results)
Steep Time: 12 to 15 minutes with the top of the cup/tea pot covered to retain essential oils OR use a French Press for tea/coffee. If steeping in a cup or tea pot, use an infuser for best results.
Sweetener: Sweeten to preference while warm so that the sweetener dissolves completely. It is recommended that if you are sweetening with honey, do so when the tea has cooled to 100 degrees F. or cooler to retain the natural nutritional benefits of the honey.
