Bloom & Digest: Herbal Support for Comfortable Digestion

Bloom & Digest Herbal Tea is a warming, aromatic botanical infusion thoughtfully formulated for women seeking natural support for comfortable digestion and everyday digestive wellness. Ginger root, fennel seed, and thyme create a lively herbal foundation, complemented by warming cinnamon, whole cloves, and black cardamom. Rooibos provides a naturally caffeine-free base, while calendula and black pepper add depth and complexity to this purposeful digestive blend.

Ginger, fennel, and thyme have long histories in traditional herbal preparations centered around digestion, while aromatic spices such as cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom create a warming and invigorating cup. Black pepper adds a subtle spicy finish, while calendula and rooibos round out the blend with their distinctive botanical qualities. Together, these ingredients create a flavorful infusion especially suited to enjoying after a meal.

Bloom & Digest Herbal Tea transforms an everyday digestive ritual into a warm, aromatic moment of self-care. Enjoy a cup after breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or whenever you want a comforting botanical infusion. Brew hot and enjoy slowly.

Key Ingredients and Their Benefits:

Fennel Seed: Naturally sweet and aromatic, fennel has traditionally been valued for comfortable digestion and is especially enjoyable as an after-meal herbal infusion.

Ginger Root: Warming and aromatic, ginger has a long history of traditional use for digestive comfort and contributes a bright, spicy character to this blend.

Thyme: An aromatic culinary and medicinal herb, thyme has traditionally been used in herbal preparations associated with digestion and contributes a savory herbal note.

Whole Cloves: Naturally rich in aromatic compounds, cloves have traditionally been valued for their warming qualities and are commonly used in digestive herbal preparations.

Black Cardamom Seed: Distinctively smoky and aromatic, black cardamom has a long history in traditional culinary and herbal practices and adds warmth and complexity to digestive blends.

How to Brew:

Bloom & Digest Herbal Tea is designed to be enjoyed as a warm infusion, particularly after a meal.

Measurement: 1 tbs of loose leaf tea per 8 oz. of boiling water (160 degrees F. recommended for best results)

Steep Time: 12 to 15 minutes with the top of the cup/tea pot covered to retain essential oils OR use a French Press for tea/coffee. If steeping in a cup or tea pot, use an infuser for best results.

Sweetener: Sweeten to preference while warm so that the sweetener dissolves completely. It is recommended that if you are sweetening with honey, do so when the tea has cooled to 100 degrees F. or cooler to retain the natural nutritional benefits of the honey.
